Does anyone know how far the University is from the Airport, and how to get there (by train or otherwise)? Same applies for the KDE reserved accommodation and the University - and if we're using public transport again what time does it stop running/start running again?
== Accommodation ==
Accommodation will be 15 EUR a night including breakfast (cheaper than last year). There are only 160 beds available. Preference: KDE e.V. members and contributors, invited 
persons (from GNOME and other projects) and then if there are empty beds, 
other visitors of the conference. 
There's a Youth Hostel at http://www.inturjoven.com/red_detalle.asp?Id=16 (Spanish only). Rates range from 15 EUR to 20 EUR per night depending upon age.

== Conference ==
Apparently the conference is taking place in the University itself so internet etc shouldn't be an issue. 
As for papers, is anyone from GB planning on doing any presentations? Jonathan - if you go are you going to be writing up the talks?
Does anyone know when the schedule for the conference will be finalised?  I submitted an abstract, and the response date is on the website as 30 June, but that's been and gone, and no news.  As a matter of fact, about 6 weeks before the event, there seems to be very little hard info on the website.  Does anyone know what the state of play is?
== Kit ==
We'll need some kit - preferably European -> UK power adaptors and lots of 4-way extension leads. George will bring along a couple of 4-ways if he's coming, plus a European adaptor.
